They will have you waiting in line at the cash register for more than 5 minutes or til you walk out the door like I did this morning . The other cashier working drive thru was telling the other person multiple times you have some one at the register . This isn’t the first time nor will it be the last time that happens here 7am
This location is so horrible. I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 4 piece tenders and theirs 5 workers in the back standing around using profanity. No professionalism and slow service. If I would’ve know this I would’ve just gone to another fast food place next door. This place should be studied for how to not operate a business.

Food was ok, chicken was not as tasty as normal or other Bojangles that I have gone to. My order was ready and packed when I got there. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The worst Bojangles to go to the day, you barely put butter on the biscuits, So they're very dry. I nearly choked. I guess I'll stick with the one on Franklin Gateway.
