I put the order online it said it would be ready in 20 minutes I arrive 20 minutes later they forgot to make it and it took them another 20 minutes to make it
I got a biscuit and gravy in the Drive-Thru it cost right at $4 and when I got to my job site there was no gravy on it outside of a teaspoon I won't be back no worries
I waited for 20 minutes after I ordered in the drive thru!!! I was asked to pull up and wait, although no other customers came while I waited. After the wait, my order is missing an item, so I returned to the store. I politely notify the drive thru cashier of the mistake. She agrees and promptly goes to correct the mistake. Upon returning to the store, I gave the cashier the full order untouched and my receipt. I came through the drive-through around 5 PM yesterday and ordered a three-piece box. The drumstick was probably smaller than a normal wing. It was old and cold and tough. The fries were decent and the green beans were lukewarm. I expected a Better quality product. The AI drive-through attendant is really terrible. I had to explain my order three different times and then confirm it once I got to the window.
