Customer service was awful. We waited 30 minutes to get our order which never came. And then ended up asking for a refund. Handed them the receipt and then they kept asking us what we had. Please help this place they have great biscuits but this particular location needs help.
So I just left this place doing a order. And seen someone doing something they should not. So I told the manager she says You Bard. How????? Please explain when there was a customer me. And I only spoke what was seen smh...... this store needs more cameras with a cleaner environment . Not ok.
Staff not friendly, did not acknowledge we were in the restaurant to order for a long time, we were the only customers here
I always look forward to visiting Bojangles to enjoy their homemade biscuits. They are so good I never need to add any condiments. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. I recently met Crystal, the director, and quickly saw how her leadership sets the standard for the entire restaurant. Her positive attitude and professionalism are reflected in both the staff and customer service.
