My experience at this location @ 2:15pm this afternoon was pathetic, unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried to order through the drive threw and a voice from the intercom said that it wasn't working and asked me to come in and order at the register. I then parked and went in. ALERT TO ALL TRAVELERS ON I-95!!! I recently stopped at the Bojangles located on Exit 89 off I-95. 1338 Tunnel Road, Ashland, Virginia on Sunday, January 21st at between approximately 4:30 – 5:00 pm. I ordered my food from the drive-thru and handed the female worker my credit card. While waiting for my food, I did notice that the window cashier was taking a little bit of time returning my card and the guy was was preparing the food kept giving me weird looks.
