No chicken! This is the second time this has happened in as many months - lunchtime rush and they have no chicken! Who’s in charge of planning and scheduling? How can you run out of chicken at 11:50 am? The same thing happened at a different BJs location a month ago. I wrote management but no one seems to care. Very disappointing as I love the taste of BJs, just wish I could actually get some!

If I could give this place negative stars I would but its like clockwork anytime you go to this place you will not receive what you ordered these people couldn’t care less and they get attitudes when you try and get your order right. my wife gets food from here often for dinner and 9/10 the food is wrong and we have to go back and the biggest issue is they never hardly have customers so what’s the issue?????? How do you have no customers and screw up the only few you do have this place needs all new staff and management heck... read more
