Stopped at Bojangles in Easley, SC after a 2.5-hour drive from Charlotte to meet my daughter halfway, who was meeting me from Atlanta. I hadn’t eaten all day and was really looking forward to a hot meal. Unfortunately, stopping at this Bojangles was a bad move. The chicken was old, the green beans were ice cold, and the overall meal was just bad. I asked for fresh food, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes, the replacement was still wrong and missing items. Came thru drive thru at 615 am, box said they were closed
The man at the drive thru was so lazy. Horrible attitude, he needs to be fired. The man that was in front of me in the drive thru was handicapped and couldn’t reach the cup he was passing him, he refused to lean further out the window so the man could reach the cup. Just seeing him do that to that precious man, made me never want to go back
