Staff is not professional. They could all use a course in communication. Where is the dark haired female manager with the scarf? Where is Ms. Rhonda who greets me so warmly? Time to switch to the Archdale location.

The staff is friendly and they work very efficiently. The food is always out in a timely matter.
My go to breakfast grub on S Main! The first shift has it all together an usually rite spot on. Never ever really had any problem on the 1st shift at all.....although the nite shift literally never has their act together 3 weeks ago we went an ordered an dined inside. I always get the 3 breast dinner as I did that night. I was told there was a 12 minute wait on beasts and I was ok with that but 12 minutes turned into actually 48 mins from the time we ordered at the kiosk till the time we were actually served with our food.
