Customer service was a crew member shouting "God Made Dirt" to crew member in the back of the house. Cashier was very friendly, but was struggling while coworker walked back and forth talking. My wife purchased 4 bird dogs, one for each of my 3 children. I saved mine until later. Opened it later that same night to heat it up and was immediately sick to my stomach looking at the molded bread. All I could think about was the sandwiches my children ate earlier that day.
⭐ 1 star (only because I can’t give zero) Hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had — Archdale Bojangles should be ashamed of the food they’re serving. I waited 20 minutes for a tray of cold, dried-out garbage. The chicken was disgusting — soggy breading sliding off limp, cold meat that had clearly been sitting for hours. The macaroni was ice cold. Gotta be the one of the trashiest bojangles. The workers have more drama than a damn reality show. It takes 3 business days to get your food. There’s flies everywhere. Bathroom is nasty as a swamp.
