Timed it, I was here 18 minutes and no one came to the register to take my order. I left and won't be back. OWNERS you better figure it out or you will be forced to shut doors for good.
Been there 3 times. Order messed up every time. Went through drive thru yesterday and ordered two dinners. Both breast and wing. Got home and found i had both dinners a leg and thigh. Made my last trip to Moncks Corner store. Would have returned them, but gas is too high right now.
I came here a few days ago and honestly, I may not return to this location. I thought I was using a cheat code because it's new, but already the place isn't being kept up. One of the doors were broken, I went in to pick up my food and there were flies all over the place, and they almost forgot one of my fries. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order as I thought they had everything, but they didn't give me my rounds. Had an issue with my food but the manager, Chasity, helped me with it with a positive attitude and no complaints. She was awesome! I was iffy to complain about my order at first because I know this location might be known for poor customer service… but it was really refreshing to receive this type of service here. Thank you again, Chasity!
