Every time I come to this location there’s an issue . Today got I smart and paid in cash! Order at the drive through , they did give us our order. Got to the stop sign pink lemonade is water, I get it go . Got to Parker’s opened the box fries, BURNT, chicken… the breading is doughy and looks undercooked so I took it back. Spoke to a very respectful young's man when I came in to correct my order he did offer to remake it . Horrible incredibly slow service
I drive up here on a Sunday night at 8:45 I ordered a chicken sandwich grilled and a peach cobbler. I received the chicken sandwich and peach cobbler and when I get home which is a 5-minute Drive, i discovered that the chicken sandwich it's cold as if it's been in a fridge all day after being cooked. Like not even reheated. And the peach cobbler was hot temperature wise.
Came to the store on yesterday about 6pm went through drive through and made a order got to the window and the employee told me to pull in the side waited 15 to 20 min and the employee told me another 5 minutes and I said if you told me it was a wait on chicken I would have choose something else so I asked for a refund and she said I have to come in and I said no because you inconvenience me by not telling me that it was a wait on chicken.
