Put in an online order at 4:30 for pickup at 5:30. Got here on time and had to wait till 5:40 before they even started working on it and just kept doing other customers orders. Very dissapponted
I completely understand your store is short, but how you interact with customers is completely wrong. Most customers walking in are hungry and if they have already placed their order online, it should be ready for them because they’re hungry having them do extra steps in blatantly telling them to come inside because we’re short is not helping matters. Do everyone a favor get rid of the ai system with no order screen it's a joke the speaker you hoesntly can not hear... Food is a joke at this location just go to another one the one near Summerville is perfect. Love their food normally just not this location.
