Definitely are going to have to wait for your food. We ordered ahead, went to sams and still waited 15 min once we got there. So about a 40 minute wait but everyone was kind and it was tasty.
Drive through...ordered biscuit and OJ. When they gave me tea, I said this wasn't what I ordered. She didn't ask what I ordered, and looked put off when I didn't drive away. I told her I ordered OJ... she looked pissed off and almost threw it at me. Not good service IMHO
Bojangles what yall doing these days? Make peoples food how you like getting your food when you go out and spend your money. I know yall ain’t accepting the same food yall give everybody else. Have a little ounce of pride in what you do. It’s a reflection of you and your work ethic. The older African American female that works the drive thru in the morning is one of the most rude people and how you can allow customer service like that speaks volumes of the management material at this location.
