I always go to the same place in Aiken it's the only Bojangles we have and they treat me like gold and I've never had a problem with my order
Placed a large (60 pcs of chicken + sides, etc.) order 12 hours in advance for a 9pm pickup and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The order was 95% ready when I arrived 10 min early and was finished off by a fresh, hot batch of chicken. I was able to start loading the packed portions while I waited, and was able to purchase an additional 8pcs and sides as well. Missing items, yet again... did not get everything that was paid for. And if im asked what sauce I want, I expect to get them. But, nobody cares. Was supposed to get a Cajun chicken biscuit, but nope, not in the bag. I didnt notice it until I got home. I guess from now on, ill go across town to the other bojangles. They might get it right.
You place a mobile order. You go to retrieve it. No cars are in the drive thru. You pull up to the speaker and they tell you to come inside. Your order is ready and handed to you over the counter. Why did I have to get out of my car to walk in so you can hand me my order, which is READY? That's poor customer service.
Food was ok. Atleast it was hot. The bathroom was dingy and had no paper towels and the hand drier didn't work nor was there hand sanitizer in the dispenser outside of the bathroom. Overall not a good experience due to the lack of detail cleaning and service.
