Great food and service
Waiting for 15min for a DoorDash order. This is insane. There is always a long wait at this restaurant.
I think his name is Brandon or Trandon? But he was extremely rude not only to employees but also customers. This isn’t professional behavior, if he is doing this in front of customers how is he treating these employees behind closed doors. Very disgusting behavior
I love bojangles but this place is a lost cause. The employees here are miserable and act like they hate life. Maybe management should focus on creating a work environment that is actually enjoyable.
I got breakfast on 9/28/25 and it was the worst service. The girl at the drive thru window was clearly unhappy and very rude. After she gave me my card back and slammed the window. When I got home I called the restaurant because I was missing a biscuit. Incredibly rude.
