Waited 10 mins for order then was given cold fries were cold. The manager did apologize but I just don't understand how you can give out cold food after making customer wait so long.
Extremely lazy staff. They are unable to handle normal business volume. It feels like they are on work release. You are better off going to biscuitville right next door.
Ordered a family box after the lunch hour rush. Chicken had obviously been under heat lamp for a long time. When I got it home it was inedible. $20.00 down the drain. Quality zero.
