That automated voice taking my order was strange. Is nothing personal anymore?
The service was so slow, I ordered like 15 minutes a head of time , and still waiting about a extra twenty minutes before I got my food, all the drinks were nasty , and they were still serving them to people, could of at least told people that they were messed up.
General manager had a nasty attitude. Asked him to repeat an order and he mumbled and sped through it so fast. Asked him to slow down and repeat it and he spoke to us like a child “imma do this ONE MORE TIME” I figured maybe he was having a bad day, but he was absolutely nasty. I have never had such hateful customer service. Hopefully the order is correct I haven’t even checked it. This man needs a new job, don’t waste your time going here.
