Why is this place so slow and always backed up? Why can't they ever get an order right? Why is it when you ask for anything simple you get a blank stare like you are speaking a foreign language. Lobby and drive through are backed up all of the time. 30 minutes to get a breakfast biscuit meal is ridiculous. Im not coming back and I really hope this location closes. It's pointless.
Get rid of the robot at the drive thru it makes ordering so much more difficult
