Me and my family spend our weekends here near Newport, Tennessee and every time we come here we will try to get chicken from Bojangles and every time they cannot provide an eight piece even if we place our order in advance, we could show up an hour later and they still Will not have the order ! I feel like ordering a family meal deal is very common at chicken places. I cannot seem to understand why this place cannot get it together.

My husband went inside to have it corrected, but the cashier gave him a dismissive look, handed over a container with soggy eggs, and walked away after a curt "thank you." The sandwich was no longer hot, and the overall experience was disappointing. I suggest double-checking your order and preparing for potential attitude when addressing issues.
