Employee was talking loudly in dining area with family and it was disruptive.
Driver thru the Young lady at the window was very nice
Asked for ranch and honey mustard with my order and was given an abundance of honey mustard but no ranch. Asked for an extra side of gravy with my mash potatoes and gravy. Was only given a side of gravy and no gravy on my potatoes. Having multiple issues with this bojangles being able to input orders correctly. Makes me depressed
Very disappointed by the crew who worked the other night i waited over 20 minutes for my food.my Fries had no seasoning and that all had attitudes..
