The Havelock Bojangles is constantly out of food items. Today, they didn’t even let me know they were out of what I ordered until AFTER they swiped my card. No refund offered. I had to substitute. Never eating here again.
The food was great. The people where fine just not very friendly. But it was professional atleast.
I have hardly ever had a good experience when going inside the store, but had a large order so had no choice. Apparently they were out of chicken and had to make some more, which took 20 mins. I am only giving 3 stars because a young man named Angel was extremely nice and customer focused. He told us to take a seat and that he would bring our order to us. He was so personable and made a bad experience less bad. He needs a raise!!
