Went to bojangles in lenoir this morning and the ai voice didn't take my order. Went to the 1 in hudson this evening. Spoke to a real person for a change and they even confirmed my order but still managed to mess it up. Not going to bojangles again unless its in granite falls. Seems to be the only 1 that can get it right in this area!
They have really went downhill. The Cajun filet is flat, with hardly any chicken to it. All around the edge of it is so hard you can break ur teeth. It's been like that the last few times we've went. We haven't gone back
