I rarely ever take the time to write reviews on fast food restaurants because I expect for the quality to be low however, this was beyond low. I am pretty sure they served me food from yesterday or something. My pie was ICE COLD, my fries AND tenders were hard as a rock in addition to also being cold. Do not waste your money here. Just terrible.
The chicken was overcooked. The chicken strips where to hard to bite. My order was incorrect. I observed an employee texting and making biscuits at the same time. Her phone was covered in biscuit dough.
This is not only the slowest bojangles on earth, they also never seem to be able to get your order right. This isn’t a one time thing either, it’s nearly every time I’ve tried to get food from this location! You wait forever and then half of your order is missing.
Stopped by Bojangles on a whim and decided to try the drive-thru. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and wow—I was impressed! It was crispy, fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The fries were served nice and hot too, the perfect complement to the sandwich. Overall, a great experience for a spontaneous stop. I’ll definitely be returning for that sandwich again!
