Service is consistently slow. People are nice, but if you are looking for "fast food", dont stop here. Update 4/13/25 Stopped to get dinner for the family and received what appears to be adolescent chicken. I assume the timers on the fryers are not adjustable and with how small the chicken is, it was really overcooked as well. Mike the manager is INCREDIBLY kind. I took my friends to Boja’s for the first time and they were so impressed by the costumer service and (obviously) the food.
They don’t know the difference between thighs and Breast when they’re out of Bbq sauce they will still charge you for it. No one is at front counter to great you let alone take your order. They also changed my order and charged me for it.
