This was a great Bojangles experience. Their AI order taker was the best I have heard.
Door dashed a 20 piece bo bites and a egg and cheese biscuit, received a 12 piece and had bacon on the biscuit. This isn't the first time they have failed to follow basic instructions
For a fast food place it's good.
Their drive thru AI agent messed up my order and kept adding things on. When I got to the window I asked them to confirm the order and they lied and I got charged for all this extra stuff. Service was slow and the people that work there are clueless.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this Bojangles location. On Thursday around 8:00 PM, nearly two hours before the posted closing time...I placed and paid for an online order. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a handwritten note taped to the drive-thru speaker saying the store was closed.
