Love the tea
Drive through on July 3, 2025 at 931 Hwy 70 East, NewBern, NC location. Waited almost 15 minutes to order at the drive through menu, then pulled to window, was told to pull forward as the Bo rounds were cooking. Waited at least 13-14 minutes, finally walked inside, they all just looked at each other. Finally got my food. The Bo-rounds that we had waited for were hot, but total greasy slime balls. Disgusting. This location has been hit or miss, this afternoon we had a great experience with (I believe the manager or shift manager) she had everything running well and was very attentive to the customers. Great asset to the company.
