I’m only giving this 1 star across the board for the mental and physical health of your own employees. I placed an in store pickup order on 4/17 at 7:41am. There was only ONE employee working the entire store with a drive thru line almost wrapped around the building. For what it’s worth, she was working her hardest with a smile on her face to make sure everyone was taken care of. Came through here and ordered 2 of the bojangler sandwiches. My food was incorrect. They slapped mayo and a pickle on it instead of the tartar sauce that’s supposed to go on it and it was disgusting. Neither sandwich got eaten, mind you, $15. We were the only car in the drive thru aside from one person behind us, seriously? Is it that hard to get a 2 item order correct?
