The workers were so nice and my food came out great.
This specific Bojangles has terrible service. They might have renovated the place, but the service is still and always will be god awful unless they completely retrain their useless staff. Every time I go they ALWAYS forget something in my order, or someone has an attitude with me for asking the simplest thing. They always act like the fries are coming out of their own paycheck or something because they are always lackluster when I order them. The same goes for the seasoning WHEN IS ASK FOR EXTRA. Chicken was dried out and hard. Like it was old and over cooked. Order was messed up- got sweet tea, mac and cheese instead of unsweet tea and dirty rice. Also did not get peach cobbler that was ordered and paid for.
