Food was good. Staff were happy and chatty with each other. They didn't pay as much attention to customers. While we ate lunch two drive-in customers had to return their orders for errors.

This specific Bojangles has terrible service. They might have renovated the place, but the service is still and always will be god awful unless they completely retrain their useless staff. Every time I go they ALWAYS forget something in my order, or someone has an attitude with me for asking the simplest thing. They always act like the fries are coming out of their own paycheck or something because they are always lackluster when I order them. The same goes for the seasoning WHEN IS ASK FOR EXTRA.
