I absolutely love this store. They messed my order up 1 time and I tried calling and couldn't get an answer, so I went through the app to file a complaint (which i really didn't want to do that because they have never messed up before), anyway. I didn't have my receipt because she threw it away but I had my package slip, DuRanda, called me back to follow up with my complaint and was so very nice.
