The staff was nice but clearly understaffed and doing too many things at once to be effective at any of them. The fries I received were soggy and dripping grease, the chicken sandwich was mostly fat, gristle, and breading. The food I received was the most disgusting food I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. I ordered a twelve piece chicken strip tailgate. Chicken only came with three small sauces that you normally get with a meal. Definitely not enough. It came with two small sides and l also ordered an extra side. None of the sides were full to the top. The manager will definitely make their food cost for the week if this is normal. I paid forty-five dollars for the whole meal. I won't be doing this again. I can go other places and get what l paid for. Very disappointing!!!
The food is consistently good, and the prices are very reasonable
When we first arrived in drive-through at Bojangles in sylva nc we just asked a price on a menu item and the lady huffs like we just ruined her day by asking a question! She was really rude taking our order!
