We waited for over an HOUR to get any type of food and it wasn’t even that busy, we were so upset and on top of that they got the order wrong, we didn’t even try to fix it because it would have taken longer, almost every customer was upset in the establishment.
Leaving a bad review because I took the time to fill out a (good) survey yesterday to go towards a Buy One Get One Free Sausage Biscuit deal they had. It stated on the receipt that if you filled out the Survey and carried the receipt from the past meal purchase then you would get the Buy One Get One Free Sausage Biscuit deal. Well, we carried both receipts with us this morning and they made a huge issue out of it and refused to honor the deal. Thanks for a great start to our friday!
