The Worst customer service and employees
The bigger fella in the drive threw today is the nicest guy he read my order back to me did everything right but he ended up giving me bo rounds instead of fries so I went back there wasn't to far before I noticed but he's apologized and gave me the fries I order with no problem but btw that I've never had any problems its all in what time you go tbh after working in the fast food biz in my teens years so I get it jus make it right uk have a good day
This place currently has artificial intelligence taking your order at the drive-through. So I tell a robot my order and it didn't pick up all of my order. So I drive to the window and I explained that I don't think the robot picked up all of my order. The lady at the drive-through is so annoyed and tells me that I'm gonna do it for you this time, but we don't add at the window. Customer service was a zero.
