Pulled up to the Drive in speaker to place an order and couldn't understand what the lady was saying due to lots of static. I asked if she could please repeat herself and in an extremely rude tone, she yelled "As I told you the first time, I'm closed" I will never return.
Walked in a few minutes after 9:00pm, no one at register, no one waiting in front of us. There were several employees who passed by us including what I assume was the shift manager. Never once were we acknowledged or asked to wait, just ignored. Maybe they've never had customer service training????
