Lied about the wait, been waiting 20 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken that were supposed to be ready.
This particular location won me over with the staff. Good job. It's a chain so I can't give 5 stars on the food. But the food and service was above and beyond. The staff made this place worth going back to.
