Went yesterday morning and got a 2 piece combo, and I forgot to ask for honey mustard so I asked the manager? (he didn’t have a hat on so I presume he was one) at the window. He then raises his voice and asks me 3 times what I had, and I answered him each time. He then started shouting at me telling me that because I didn’t ask for it at the speaker that it’s the reason it wasn’t in the box. Ordered a steak biscuit meal , the steak was a little dry . The fries were excellent. My niece ordered a Mac and cheese and it had a hair in it. They need to wear hairnets . The counter person did give her a fresh serving but it was too late . My niece lost her appetite. I forgot to mention the bathroom was dirty , we could only use 1 toilet and it smelled bad.
