DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It took over 30 minutes to get my food which was cold and the staff just ignores you when just asking for the status of an order
Ordered on the app at 5:48. Arrived at the store at 6:15. At 6:45 was told they were still trying to get me the sandwich I ordered. This location was NOT busy. The folks working there were just wandering about aimlessly. At 6:45 my goodwill and patience were gone and I told them to just cancel the order seeing as it had been just short of an hour since I ordered from an allegedly “fast food” location. Went for lunch waited 25 minutes after no food asked for a refund and was told no!! I run restaurants this was unacceptable. Do better!!! I would like my $ 57 back please. So no response email, review, Facebook. I want my money back. It’s like a communication says so much for your brand.
