First of all I do not like talking to a automated system. The thing did not give the correct order. The chicken supremes and biscuit was hard and dry. The best Bojangles is in the airport terminal or the Bank of America stadium.
Been here twice to pick up food. First time was great, no issues. Second time, someone forgot one of my orders. No problem there since it only took 2 minutes for them to fix it and get my order to me. The problem is that they messed up 3 of my other orders by putting two thighs instead of a thigh and a leg. I'm sure they just ran out of legs and thought throwing in two thighs was good enough, but that's not what I ordered. Horrible food horrible service everybody in there needs to be retrained to bojangles code of ethics all the procedures policies and most of all cooking all my biscuits fell apart chicken was old fries were cold and the employees were jus as cold as the food they slow..jus shut it down start over this is horrible
