Attempted to go to this location because it had the highest reviews in the area (at 3.3 stars), waited in a backed up drive through that did not move and we realized that no one was taking orders. Will not come back.

Is there a zero rating? Back to drive thru only for pick up. Order ahead, wait 35 minutes in line only to be told in a NASTY tone it will be an additional 15 minute wait as they are "out" of my item. 15 minutes later...and doors locked, no one ever comes out. People are nice, biscuits are a bit overdone.....but more than anything service is VERY SLOW!! The person at drive thru was doing everything herself. Need more staff.
Would LOVE to give negative 5 stars if I could. Been running errands and haven’t eaten all day, just wanted something quick to eat and soon as I bite into my biscuit, here is a huge plastic ring of some sort in my mouth! I feel so disgusted! Where did this ring come from? How was this even made without being caught?! Just careless! I will never in my life return to this location let alone Bojangles again.
