Ordered online for pick up and when I got my bag of food I stepped aside to check inside my bag to make sure I got all the items paid for. The staff member working was immediately annoyed that I stepped aside to double check my order, only to find I was missing an item I paid for. I can’t believe how rude the staff were, for seemingly no reason. I completely understand this is a fast food restaurant, and I don’t expect 5 star fine dining service. However, that doesn’t excuse rude staff.
Too much confusion, waited and chicken strips overcooked
Fast, kind service. Got my food within minutes, tasted like it was just made, hot and fresh. Had a good experience at this location.
