Love me a Cajun filet biscuit
The person at the drive thru is always so short and rude. They give the wrong food and act like it's your fault. You never get your experience as a customer because they are trying to push you out of the way. They could use a course in customer service and hospitality.
The employee at the drive through was very curt. She acted like I was keeping her from something. I will not be returning to Bojangles again. We don't eat at any Bojangles often anyhow. There's too many places closer to my home that give much better service.
horrid service. went there for the family meal and was the only customer. didn’t even make it to the window to get my food. woman was so rude over the speaker i just left.
