Went through the drive through wanted a chicken filet combo with egg and cheese, fries and a Bo sauce. Egg and cheese was on the ticket, not on the biscuit. Didn’t get a Bo sauce and got Bo rounds instead of fries. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
First time and the chicken was great.
Had door dash delivery from here. Order included biscuits, 12 piece chicken, two sides , and a half gallon sweet tea. Delivery was an hour. We were only given what was handed to the dasher. We had to drive into town because we only received 1/2 the order. No customers were inside nor in drive through. I walked in and said I had door dash but only received….. Food is always good here but the attitude of lady serving at drive thru this morning sucks! I said thank you when she handed me the food, and she didn’t say anything in return and gave me the nastiest look.
