I highly recommend not wasting your money here. I gave it a 2nd chance after the first bad experience. It's the worst tasting bojangles I have ever been to. Tea was good but my food is always cold. The biscuit taste weird. Nothing like the other bojangles. They had no lids stocked up by drink stand. Staff is not friendly at all. I won't be back unfortunately. I LOVE bojangles chicken. I usually get the Cajun chicken biscuit with the hash rounds. Absolutely the best!!! Absolutely fantastic place
The service wasn’t bad, the kid at the drive through window I guess was new but he was a nice guy. Didn’t have a problem out of the personnel there, but my food was cold when I got it and it was like I had gotten the throw away pieces of chicken. I got a few chicken fingers and the rest was like the pieces they just needed to get rid of so I ended up with them. So I got cold food and throw away pieces of chicken.
I just wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Bojangles today!!!! Me and my mom went through the drive thru around 12 noon and we got the grilled chicken combo, and it was the BEST! It was hot and fresh and the sweet tea was absolutely Perfect! The young lady and the woman that we watched fix our food DESERVE recognition of their cleanliness,very polite, and to serve hot and fresh food as they did today!!! Keep up the good work ladies 🥰🥰🥰
