It was pretty warm in there. AC was not adjusted for outside temps. Service was friendly. Food was good except for the chicken tenders were overcooked. Recoooked some more and they came out the same way with one almost burnt.
Rude employees taking our order and at the window to get the food. Employees complained about people constantly “coming in and out” without eating in when I went inside to use the restroom while my family was in the drive though.
Doors locked at 8 pm, why? Likely because the dude outside wanted to smoke instead of work. Glad I didn’t get an order here because it likely would have been garbage
I was in town for business staying at the hotel behind this location and just wanted something quick for dinner. I never had bojangles before so I decided to give it a try. It was nice that I could order it online walk over and pick it up. The food was literally ready from the time I ordered left my room and walked over. Stopped on our way to Kitty Hawk from NC. Chose Bojangles as there are none in MD or DE. Chicken is better than KFC but not as good as Popeyes
