I've visited this location several times, and unfortunately poor customer service seems to be a recurring issue. During my most recent visit, the employee taking my drive-thru order spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive tone. It was noticeable enough that another employee told her she needed to soften her voice, but she showed no interest in changing her attitude. Came in with my family after I got off work on a Friday, the cashiers/servers were more worried about their appearance than listening what we wanted, spent over $45 for a family meal only to GET IT WRONG! Really plain simple English and they screwed up our order from INSIDE NOT DRIVE-THRU and waited 35min for a screw up! NOT RETURNING!!!! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡
I've wanted to visit a Bojangles ever since I started watching Good Mythical Morning on YouTube. We don't live in the Southeast, so this trip to Nashville was my very first opportunity to try the chain. The fried chicken, on a fast food scale, was a ten out of ten on taste.
