I used to eat at this store regularly. It's on my way to work. They recently installed an AI voice box to take your order. It's terrible, and my order has been wrong 2 out of the last 3 times. Also, they allow the work trucks to park and idle right next to the drive through making the voice box nearly impossible to use. I'm on my way to work this morning as I write this and have chosen not to eat at this location any longer as I don't trust ordering any longer. If they remove the AI bot, I'll come back.
The new robot to take your order can't even get the order right half of the time. Don't have the time to get my order fixed when on the run in the morning. Ai can't replace everything
Order a fish and got a spicy chicken sandwich and so much salt on the fries we couldn't ear them.
Everything I ordered was very hot and fresh as would be expected. Good Job
The food was bad, the restaurant was nasty. I had to clean my own table so we could sit down. Service was NOT friendly. It used to be so good…. Won’t be visiting here again for a while. "Update"...It has improved a little. I still have to clean my own table every time I go. But the food is better.
