They r horrible y don't they work orders the way they come in. Pick n choose what they make take out order averages 25 minutes
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced today at your Hartsville, SC location. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, which included a combo meal. While waiting at the window, I could clearly hear the cashier and other employees using profanity and speaking in an unprofessional manner. Not only was this inappropriate and disrespectful, but it also created a very uncomfortable environment. I thought food was made in the order it came in hmmm here
Pull forward and we’ll bring the food to you at the stop sign eventually
I have no idea what the food is like for lack of service. I sat at the drive through speaker for more than 5 minutes with no greating. Then walked inside with the same result...... I dont know how this place sells anything without taking orders.
