Your AI ordering system is really bad Placed order the guy at the window didn't have it then the item I ordered a grill chicken sandwich they were out he told me the AI DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE OUT OF SOMETHING SO WE JUST LEFT
Went to get food they made me pull out past the window to deliver my food and 10 minutes later the lady doesn’t wanna walk to my car because it’s raining and makes me get wet to go get my food and they gave us the wrong sauce and no biscuits with our meal
Had to wait over 25 minutes inside for a simple #10 combo. They focus way too much on drive-thru and not enough on their lobby. Needs MAJOR improvement.
