This was my favorite Bojangles until today. I was nearing the bottom of my unsweet tea and slurped up chunks of gelatinous mold. I called and spoke to Hunter, who said he was a manager. When I told him about it he said he didn’t “know what to say”, to which I replied he could tell me he needs to get off the phone and clean his equipment immediately. This particular Bojangles restaurant ranks as my favorite. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. It’s very apparent that it’s managed well and each employee contributes to this particular locations success. Not to be overlooked is the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and restrooms.
The service was outstanding. Friendly staff. The food was hot and very fresh.
