Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. For starters we put in an online order after 30 mins they said the order was ready for pick up. We head to the store to pick up food and there is no food ready they still have to make the order. We get home with our order only to find out we are missing 2 out of 5 biscuits and our sides. Have to go back up and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the missing biscuits. Literally open the biscuits every single biscuit is under cooked and disgusting.
Expensive. Food ok.
Food is decent, however today when I stopped in to get a biscuit and coffee they made my coffee with about 1" of grounds at the bottom. When I returned to get another cup without the grounds they said they wasn't serving coffee because their filters were the wrong size. no offer to refund just dumb looks on their faces. Well from now on it's the other Bojangles if I crave a Bo Berry Biscuit.
Food is still good. Service has gone to crap. Girl at window hates her job. Super slow!
