I will not be returning to this location due to the general attitude displayed. Im all about supporting local, but also would like to speak to the manager about how their customer service team could use more training for sales or general politeness.
Did have sausage
Waited 20 mins for my food. They forgot the sauce our drinks spoons and the fries to one of our meals. So if you want to waste your time and money this is the bojangles for you.
Its so sad because I really used to love Bojangles. We used to come once a week…but things are constantly going down hill. One day they’re completely out of chicken. One day we got the wrong order 3 times. Today we asked for ranch and they sent Italian salad dressing out the window. I go back in and ask for ranch- “oh thats all we had in the cooler, the italian”. Okay welllll why not say that at the window when we ordered? It’s constant attitude and we’re doing with this Bojangles…we will make the drive to Anderson for sure!
