Well in trucking 20 years this is the worst place to go to... Hour wait for a box of 8 pc and mashed the family meal.... First the long wait 1 pm there was only 2 cust there so... Then she handed us 4 trays instead of box like i bought ?!?! Then she said yes yes and tried to put it in a box rook 15 min she didnt have the gravys or the ice tea ready either .... Drive through employee was terribly rude.l ask for my Husbands military discount and she snapped at me and said she could not do it since he wasn't in the truck with me. We shop there daily and was treated very badly by these people. You need to get new employees cuz you've got some that is going to ruin your business. She really needs shows respect for people that's been in the military. Maybe she needs to go try it. Really don't like being treated like that after my husband was in service. This Bojangles is one of the best I have been too. The food was fresh and hot and the employees were very welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. The self serve drink station is a big plus.
This is the best Bojangles I have ever been in. Food is good but so is the atmosphere. Service is good as well.
