Served a biscuit that was dough in the middle! The drink was carbonated water!! Stated that they couldn't get the gravy to thicken so they wouldn't serve it!! This restaurant needs to close for the day and regroup. Try again tomorrow!! 🤮🫤

Don’t waste your money. Bought an extra biscuit and this is whats in the box? They forgot the dipping sauce. Who wants some dry chicken? If you do stop by this location. The little girl will even toss the bag across the counter to you.
My husband was so excited to have me try Bojangles for the first time. I'd give less stars, but this is the lowest rating I can give. The chicken strips are tiny. Like 3 inches long, I ordered no salt on my fires and they were cold and floppy. If you ask for white gravy as a dipping sauce, they don't tell you it's breakfast sausage gravy. This was all around the worst experience I've had at a chicken place. He wants to try another Bojangles location for redemption, but I don't think it's worth the $38 for 2 chicken strips me... read more
