Both entrance doors on one side locked with no signage, everyone that parked on that side had to walk all the way around building. 3 people inside eating when I walked in. I stood at register for 10 minutes while everyone was concentrating on drive through(3 workers, 1 male 2 females). I was never acknowledged while waiting. Service was horrible lady at the window was super slow about taking orders and even 1 car infront of us and only 1 person inside waited over 45 minutes after paying to receive our food and we only ordered 2 breakfast meals.
No ai but a real human talking to me! Had a lot of workers back there at the time, guessing it was new hires. Food came out fresh and hot during morning time!
What happened to fast food and good service, my food order took over 10 mins and a additional 8 mins for the coffee to "finish" brewing find you I went into my order and had full view of my coffee pot that was halfway full they made coffee for others that ordered after me when I confronted the worker she said you weren't her for 10 min waiting with attude, they need to worker on being more efficient and consumer service skills
