Customer service sucks and the bathrooms are nasty. Food is okay. But hey, where else are you going to go?!
Was told tenders would take 5 minutes…still took 17 minutes to get my food….didnt offer extra sauce for the extra tenders I added to my family meal and there was suppose to be biscuits with my meal and there was none. If my food took 17 minutes to come out it should have all been fresh and hot. Fries were old. Will not be going back to that location.
We had to wait 10 minutes to order and the food came out room temperature. Also my 4 piece tenders were the size of chicken nuggets don't bother eating in woodruff
The food rating was decent overall - for the food we did receive. Ordered one four and one 5 piece meal with family size fries and this was the result of one of those four pieces. The employee in back literally ripped one of the prices and put in each of our boxes not to mention it took upwards of 5 minutes to take our order or even greet us. The dude who initially helped us was beyond baked and went back and forth twice after walking away the second time and the only competent person in this place finished taking our order.... read more
