Came up short at the drive thru. Had to wait while the made my order. No problem but they forgot the mayo and salt I had requested while still at the pick up window.
Jaiden had phenomenal service from start to finish. he was courteous, respectful, helpful, kind, and thorough. Thank you for a great visit and great meal for my trip back home to the Carolinas. I would promote him immediately (I'll be back). He has a new regular!
Service was not good manager was not helpful
A new person running the register. They were very busy at the drive thru. Had to wait for them to fix our order. Shouldn't start a new person during a Friday at supper time. For being busy the chicken was over cooked and rubbery. Ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and only good mashed potatoes. They need more help running the restaurant.
I had a wonderful experience at this bojangles on Friday evening where torren and Nari provided top-notch service. I am visiting from Delaware where this level of hospitality is uncommon. I greatly appreciated my experience and will recommend this location to anyone who is looking for bojangles in VA
