Came here at 9:20am & my family & I wanted to go inside to order & take a break from being on the road, however the doors were locked on both sides while the hours posted on the door say they open at 5:30am. The drive thru was open, but we wanted to sit down & enjoy our food after we spent hours delivering Amazon all day & being couped up in our car. So ultimately we ended up going somewhere else to dine in. We were very disappointed.
I showed up at this restaurant at 1000 and they refused to serve me. There was a car previously, that stayed for about a minute and drove off. I assumed it was because of a wait time. I started at the intercom saying hello for about 3+ minutes and no one answered. I drove around and they were all on their phones and didn't care. Management needs to fix this. Google states you all close at midnight - and if you need to close earlier, there should have been a sign.
Always friendly and courteous, Great tasting food. Team work atmosphere. Always helping each other out to speed up the customers experience.
Today I brought to Sweet Potatoes Pies from this Bojangles. They are in the garbage can. Both were burnt so bad that they were inedible.
