They've gone to an AI ordering system for the drive thru that can't get an order right. It's ruined this location. And when the AI gets an order wrong, the staff is visibly annoyed that you expect them to fix it.
Fries were a wet soggy mess, not even the air fryer could fix them. I also came in yesterday 9-13 and the assistant manager was very rude to multiple customers
Doors never open to eat inside, 4 people not including myself left for that reason, y'all are steadily loosing customers!!!!!Ride by any morning and more than likely they'll be outside smoking a blunt!!!!
