With absolutely no one in the restaurant, I had to shout for someone to acknowledge there was a customer (me) waiting. Still took another 2 mins for someone to take order. After she took order 1 min later someone comes to register to ask if order has been taken. As for the food, the wings were TINY and over cooked, mash potatoes is a crime story. I guess I've said enough.
This Bojangles location has been in decline for a decade and it’s astounding that it hasn’t been demolished and rebuild with a new set of teams and especially management. Orders placed via the mobile app take 40 minutes. No one seams to care at all. It’s a dismal experience. Bojangles corporate needs to step in on this location.
Came right in let the lady know what I wanted which was the good deal of two ham biscuits for $5 she went right to work getting it done
