This bojangles is my morning stop on my way to work. The employees are constantly the same ones, they are friendly and quick. The AI voice at the drive-thru gets my order right. Thanks morning crew for starting my mornings off right!
Don't go in the evenings. You'll spend $22 & not get the right order, all of your items, no napkins or straw. What you will get is attitude from the employee. If you want all of that....go here.
We went inside to order / eat. They moved like a turtle on horse tranquilizers. One person or another keep saying to us "we'll be right with you", but no one ever took our order. We watched car after car pass through the drivethru as we stood there for a good 6 to 8 minutes. Finally my wife said: "Let's go out and get back in the car and go through the drivethru". So we did and were waited on instantly, drove up, got our food and sat in the parking lot in the car and ate. Do better! This was pathetic.
