The staff are yelling back and forth very loudly. Where there used to be food behind the sneeze guard is a pule of lids and drink trays. There is no one in charge. There may be a "manager" but there is no one in charge. No matter how busy there is no since of urgency or pride. We are a inconvenience as customers. What is going on with the e broad street. Terrible experience.

Didn’t receive half of my order. Made it all the way home before realizing I’m missing half of my food. Not a fan of the AI drive though
Stopped in at 530pm 15 minute wait for order to be taken. 20 minutes to get order. I get home and the family meal after 5 19.99 special was charged at 27 dollars? Ordered an extra familt size dirty rice, got small. Check your box and bag befor you leave. Horrible service, not sure why because staff was nice. Just can't take and fill orders? How do i get my 7 bucks back?
