Set an alarm for almost 30 minutes. Got my order of the Bo dogs. Hard as a rock, bun and chicken even the pickle was hard?! This location sucks! Rude team members always messing up your order!
When the food is fresh, it's awesome. Some of the younger employees need to work on their patience and tone when talking to customers. They seem irritated and ready to rush customers through. I won't say which location, just something that needs to be improved at several locations around NC
Worst bojangles I’ve ever been too and the people working here are the rudest workers for no reason I’ve worked in the same position and to be rude to someone who is nothing but nice to you is insane. Terrible customer service terrible management. Go to another one and don’t waste your time
