Messed up my drive-thru order even after going over it and making corrections face to face with the employee.
Came to the drive through and couldn’t speak to an actual human. The AI voice tried to take my order & failed. The drive through screens were still on breakfast at 8pm. Very frustrating.
Today I decided to go to Bojangles for something different. I have only been to one once before. The elderly lady that I was with had questions that she wanted me to ask. As soon as I heard the automated voice I left. AI may be taking over the entire planet, but plenty of people still need jobs, just like many shut ins still need interactions with real people. This was a BIG turn off for me and I will not attempt to go back.
lady at the window around 2:35pm could not count change correctly , was rude, handed us the wrong drinks & we waited 10 mins for borounds that were still cold.
