Chicken was old, fries were old and hard, Pepsi tastes like syrup. I don’t care how nice the workers are. Serving fresh food is all I about. -5 stars
Hey, I went through the drive thru and ordered a grill chicken combo, it was a 15 minute wait to receive my food! Nevertheless when I got it, the chicken was raw, I took 2 bites and gagged because I noticed the sandwich was pink in the inside! Called back to tell the manager, he had a nonchalant attitude! Worst place to eat in Winnsboro. Asked for plain sandwich and this is what I get.
If you know you need to coook fresh fries why wait until a customer orders a meal. SMH!!!! Does anyone not check the food?
They cooked me some fresh wings after I expressed concern over my luke warm wings....worth the wait. My clerk was plesant and made sure my issue was resolved. I am a little sad my fries and dirty rice (which was slightly mushy) were not able to be enjoyed with fresh chicken as I began eating them during my 8 minute wait for fresh chicken!! However, the fresh chicken was appreciated!
Really hate the robo ordering drive through. Can't ask questions about products without it just ordering it for you. I won't be going back.
