While I came to this location I was there to pick up quite a lot of separate orders for my work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by 2 young gentlemen (I wish I caught their names but I didn’t :( Any way they had all my meals and drinks ready as soon as I walked in and even helped me walk some iteams out to my car and held the building doors open for me. Made my day and made me feel like a princess, I hope the manger at this location watches out for them because they deserve any raise they ask for!! 🤍
Complete order wrong
Every time I come here they never have any food ready. They always have to start cooking the chicken after customers order which causes long wait time. It also seems like the restaurant is always understaffed. The workers look overwhelmed and there doesn’t appear to be any backup to help keep things running smoothly. Waited for fresh chicken, got back to work to find out this was a day old and reheated and given to me and my coworker as if it was just cooked. No time to get anything else and $25 thrown in the trash. We arrived at 11:15am to beat the crowd and were the only ones there. Disgrace!!!
Courteous service and delicious. Biscuits could be a little softer.
