really embarrassing that the company is rolling out AI customer service at the order screen and it doesn’t work! awesome we tried 3 times and it didn’t work so we left because the lobby wasn’t open. i’m going to sonic :3
I love Bo rounds which is why I go occasionally but the manager was so nasty at this last visit that I’m not sure it’s worth going back. Order was messed up but instead of being apologetic the manager was rude. Avoid this location or check your order throughly before pulling off.
