I try to go here 3/4 times a year to see if they give me a biscuit in my supremes and I’ve never once received it. No matter what, when I order a chicken supreme combo with mash potatoes or anything besides fries, I get fries. Order a chicken supreme combo from here and you’ll get 1 extra tender, no biscuit, and fries.
They were closed at 7:44 am . They should have been open.
The lady at the window was very kind. The service was only “slow” due to staff shortages. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Went through the drive thru. The AI ordering was stupid, slow, and annoying to deal with. Ordered 2 breakfast biscuits and fried chicken with a side. The only thing fresh was the egg on the biscuits, everything else had clearly been sitting for a while. The chicken was chewy and warm at best. Didnt get any plastic wear to eat my side with. While the food was edible (except I couldn't eat my side until later) nothing was good. Quite possibly the worst restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of using. They are drive through only which isn't bad but then you have to drive up a steep incline and then make an extremely tight turn with the possibility of your car falling down 5-6 feet off the little platform. When it comes time to order your food, there is no menu to look at. You have to know what you want and just tell the person at the window. Extremely inefficient and a scary place to even try to drive up to the window.
